The contest begins on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 10 AM PDT and ends on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 5 PM PDT (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received within this timeframe.

*Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of King Taps, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period:

• The contest begins on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 8 AM PDT and ends on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 5 PM PDT (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received within this timeframe.

3. How to Enter:

• To be eligible, participants must fill out the entry form below and answer the contest skill-testing question.

• Limit of one entry per person during the Contest Period.

4. Entry Requirements:

• Entries must be original and created by the participant.

• Entries must not contain offensive or inappropriate content, as determined by the contest organizers at their sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected by a random draw by the team at King Taps Kelowna.

• The judges' decision is final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

• Winners will be notified by email or phone within five days after the contest ends.

6. Prizes:

• Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.

• King Taps reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. General Conditions:

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and King Taps's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

• King Taps reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond King Taps's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.

• Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless King Taps, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from contest participation or the prize's acceptance, use, or misuse.

8. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected during the contest will be used under The Kettle Valley Neighbourhood Association's (KVNA) Privacy Policy.

• By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information to administer the contest and for promotional purposes by The KVNA.

9. Governing Law:

• The contest and these official rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
